To get things rolling, let me ask you to imagine that you are a teacher in a business college.

 

You have been teaching students to use Microsoft Word, a word processor.

 

After a series of 12 classes with the students, you decide to give them a test.

 

What would you ask them?

 

Think of 5 questions and write them down on a piece of paper, please.
